We are looking for a competent Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.

Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware failures. Identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers.

This position will provide Tier I, end user support. Our client is experiencing a spike in end user demand and needs additional support to meet this demand. This role is responsible for resolving or escalating end user problems associated with a customer portal, in addition to some Tier I hardware, systems and applications issues.
